How to Drink smartly in parties and avoid extra calories-
1.Dilute drink with soda.
2.Add ice to keep it chilly and light.
3.use a non-carbonated base like fruit juice.
3.Eat Salad,Lime, roasted chicken and fish which will slow down the absorption rate so that the alcohol will not hit you at once.
4.Avoid too many salty snacks, which end-up making you thirsty as a result of which you drink more.
5.Sip your drink slowly.
