Wearing on a flattering exercise clothes itselves motivates people to actually go to the fitness centers or to exercise outdoors in public.Now of course, raises the question: Just what is prefect gym wear ? That depends on person to person body shape and size. As a general rule, though,i would suggests that black shorts, a sports bra, and a colored top — lime green, soft pink, and shades of blue are in style right now — are a flattering choice for most women.For Men black shorts and T shirts and hoodie.Everyone looks great in black, regardless of size, shape, or fitness level and age.

Aside from avoiding anything unflattering , it’s a good idea to stay away from any outfit you don’t feel comfortable in exercise.
